Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven TikTok Officer to manage our TikTok presence and develop strategies to engage civil servants and county Government employees. The ideal candidate will create compelling content, grow our TikTok community, and drive awareness of our digital lending products. This role is pivotal in increasing sign-ups, fostering brand loyalty, and boosting customer engagement among our target audience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and implement a monthly TikTok content plan tailored to civil servants and county employees.
- Create, shoot, and edit short-form videos that effectively promote our lending services.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends and adapt content to resonate with the platform’s audience.
- Community Engagement & Growth:
- Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments and fostering a positive community.
- Implement strategies to grow followers and boost engagement among the target demographic.
- Collaborate with influencers and ambassadors within the civil service and county employee sectors to amplify reach.
- Live Streaming & Campaigns:
- Host TikTok live sessions to educate users about our products and services.
- Plan and execute live events to promote special offers, drive sign-ups, and encourage repeat clients.
- Build authentic connections with the audience through interactive live streams.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze TikTok analytics to measure content performance, including metrics like views, shares, and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize future content and campaigns.
- Budget Management:
- Work within allocated budgets for TikTok content creation and promotional campaigns.
- Propose cost-effective strategies to maximize ROI from TikTok activities.
- Track expenses and ensure efficient use of resources for influencer collaborations and live events.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure TikTok content aligns with overall brand objectives.
- Provide regular performance reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns with creative TikTok strategies.
Competencies
- Experience in social media marketing, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with influencer collaborations and marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of the needs and preferences of civil servants and county Government employees.
Qualifications
- A certificate, diploma or degree in Marketing, Relevant business degree or related field
- Proven experience managing TikTok accounts, including creating and editing videos and hosting live sessions.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in video editing software and creative tools.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging live streaming audiences.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
