By using the Hela Pesa App, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which govern your loan account, app usage, data verification, fees, repayments, and responsibilities. Hela may review your personal and mobile money information for KYC, credit assessment, and service delivery, and may share relevant data with Credit Reference Bureaus as required.

Loan approval, limits, interest, and terms are at Hela's sole discretion, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and ensuring timely repayment. Hela may suspend or terminate your account in cases of misuse, non-payment, or regulatory requirements, and is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control. Use of the service constitutes consent to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
